My car flooded this summer and grew mold, they were able to decontaminate all the mold in less than 24 hours and did an ozone treatment so the car no longer smells like damp. They took all the seats out and dried the floor of the car, they scrubbed the upholstery and even the floor mats and managed to get an oil paint stain out of the upholstery seat that had been there for 4 years lol. Not only that, they fixed the clog that was causing the flooding issue. These guys are so thorough and kind and they made my 11 year old car look brand new. They also sent me updates throughout the job and are clearly very passionate about what they do. Thank you

These guys are great! My car took in some water during a rainstorm and ChatGPT suggest I reach out to DetailsThatMatter to see if they could do a water extraction and cleaning. They did a fantastic job! My car is like brand new! It was great working with Scotty and they’ve gained a repeat customer. Any washing and detailing and cleaning needs you have for your car, these are you guys! If you want your car to look new again, these are your guys!

I can't say enough great things about Scotty and the team. I went to them to remove some paint that was sprayed on my car as well as install ceramic tints (just in time for summer). Scotty took the time to explain everything they'd do in clear and professional manner and they did an incredible job all around, my car looks fantastic! I highly recommend them for all your detailing needs!

Took my car to DetailsThatMatter for a ceramic coating job and I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out. From start to finish the experience was excellent and they came out quickly to give me an estimate and explain the whole process clearly. I was constantly dealing with dull paint and light swirl marks from regular washing, so I wanted something that would actually protect the car long term—and the ceramic coating made a huge difference. They arrived on time, gave a heads-up when they were on their way, and walked me through what they were going to do before starting. The preparation work was very thorough, including a deep wash and paint correction before applying the coating. You could tell they didn’t rush anything and focused on getting the surface perfect before sealing it. After the ceramic coating was done, the paint looked noticeably deeper and had that strong glossy finish that really stands out in the sun. Water now beads off instantly and the car stays cleaner for much longer, which is exactly what I was looking for. Just got my car detailed at this Hand Car Wash and I couldn’t be happier! Scotty was the one who worked on my car and he absolutely crushed it. He took his time with the clay bar treatment, and the attention to detail really shows—my car looks and feels like new. The paint is smooth, glossy, and spotless.
